Welcome to the Champagne Lounge at Addison by William Bradley, an intimate new salon created to offer a distinctive way to experience Chef William Bradley’s celebrated culinary artistry. 

Introduced as part of Addison’s 20th anniversary evolution, the Champagne Lounge reflects the restaurant’s brighter, more contemporary expression while remaining true to the spirit and precision that define Addison. 

The Tartelette Menu

At the heart of the Champagne Lounge experience is a curated Tartelette Menu featuring five exquisite savory and sweet tartelettes, thoughtfully created to showcase Chef Bradley’s approach to California gastronomy. Tartelette Menu: $198 per guest 

Complement the experience with an optional Champagne pairing, alongside full access to Addison’s acclaimed beverage program. No Reservation required; guests are accommodated in order of arrival.  Champagne pairing: $175 per guest.
