There are many names for green garlic: spring garlic, new garlic, young garlic… but its versatility is inarguable. Great for almost as many uses as regular garlic, green garlic will impart a sweeter, more subtle garlic flavor. This welcoming sign of spring’s arrival is a favorite of Chef Bradley’s and incorporated in his spring menu.
