Stefani De Palma

Chef de Cuisine

Chef de Cuisine Stefani De Palma works with Executive Chef William Bradley to create a luxurious dining experience with a menu that reflects a refined cooking style and celebrates world-class ingredients.

Originally from Arcadia, California, De Palma attended Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, California and spent three months in Italy for her culinary externship before moving to San Diego in 2007 to be close to her family. De Palma first connected with Addison at a career fair hosted by her culinary school and after learning of Chef Bradley’s impressive reputation and experience, applied to Addison for a Pastry Chef position. After joining the team in 2008 directly out of school, De Palma worked her way up through Addison’s kitchen, ascending the ranks from Chef de Partie, Chef Tournant, Pastry Sous Chef to Sous Chef. In 2016, the 27-year-old assumed the Chef de Cuisine role, where she works closely with Chef Bradley to continue Addison's culinary evolution.
