Event Manager

As the Event Manager for Addison, Corina Ketchum draws from her over 15 years in the hospitality industry to create memorable dining experiences that complement Chef William Bradley’s contemporary French cuisine and the team’s dedication to exemplary service.

Ketchum is a graduate of the University of the Pacific where she originally pursued a major in civil engineering with plans to become a city planner, however, her passion hospitality and her strong organizational skills inspired her to change course and earn her Bachelor of Arts in Communication. Ketchum has since held events and positions in sales and catering management with the Carmel Mountain Ranch Country Club in San Diego and the Hilton San Diego Bayfront. She joined the Fairmont Grand Del Mar in 2012 as a Catering Sales Manager where she worked closely with guests by organizing and executing catering plans. In her current role as Addison’s Event Manager, Ketchum continues to apply her enthusiasm for hospitality and detail-oriented approach to orchestrating standout events at the acclaimed restaurant.
